Buying attention
Ads, maps, search. This is the part everybody focuses on and the part every agency sells. It is solvable with money and a bit of craft, and it is roughly half the job.

How we buy attentionLead generation for trades
Most people who ring us have no view on Google versus Facebook, and no reason to. They want more of the work they like, at a price that makes sense. We pick the channel, run it, and make sure nothing that comes in goes cold.
Already know which channel you want? Google Ads or Meta Ads.
They get a text and an email. You get an alert on your phone.
You ring them while they still remember filling the form in.
Chased again, automatically, so nothing sits in an inbox.
That win rate is what following up quickly looks like.
Where the money actually leaks
Ads, maps, search. This is the part everybody focuses on and the part every agency sells. It is solvable with money and a bit of craft, and it is roughly half the job.
A form filled in at 9pm
How we buy attentionThe same enquiry is worth a job or nothing depending on what happens in the next hour. Most firms lose more money here than they ever lose on ad spend, and they never see it, because an unanswered lead leaves no trace.
Rung back on Thursday. Already booked someone else.
What we do about itWhy the leads you already get are not enough
You will recognise at least two of these, and none of them show up anywhere you would normally look.
One
Somebody filling a form in at nine at night is not committed to anything. By the time they get a call two days later they have had three other quotes or forgotten they asked. Speed beats polish here by a distance.
Two
This is the real reason, and it is not a character flaw. You cannot be on a roof and on the phone. Without something answering for you in the meantime, every busy week quietly costs you the following month's work.
Three
One missed call and the enquiry is written off as a time waster. Most people are not avoiding you, they are at work too. The jobs are in the second and third attempt, which is exactly the bit nobody has time for.
Four
Without knowing how many enquiries turn into jobs and what those jobs are worth, you cannot tell whether £600 a month on ads is cheap or expensive. Most firms are guessing, and guessing usually means underspending on something that works.
What we actually do
Before anything gets built, which tap is worth turning on for you.
One channel done properly beats three done badly.
The half nobody sells you, and where the jobs are won.
So the decision to spend more or stop is an easy one.
How the first month goes
Days 1 to 7
We agree the service, the area and the budget, pick the channel, and build the campaign and the follow-up together so nothing lands anywhere it can be missed.
Weeks 2 to 4
The first leads are always the dearest. We cut what is not working and push what is, and the cost per lead usually drops hardest here.
Month 2 onward
By now you can see what a lead costs and what it is worth. If it is working we spend more. If it is not, you stop, and we will say so first.
We are not a lead seller. Nobody gets the same enquiry as you, because the campaigns run in your name on your account and the leads come straight to you. If you have been burned by a company selling the same job to five firms, that is a different business to this one.
Leads are not jobs, and we cannot make the phone calls for you. Jet Kings turned one campaign into £34,156 of booked work at a 46.7% win rate, and that happened because George rang people back. We can text them in seconds, chase them when they go quiet and put the booking in your diary, but somebody still has to pick up.
It will not be cheap in month one. Every campaign pays a learning tax before it settles, so judging it on the first fortnight is the most common and most expensive mistake people make with us.
No contract. If it is not working you stop.

Ad spend is paid straight to Meta or Google, not to us. It is usually £500 to £1,000 a month. The £995 first-page guarantee belongs to the Local SEO and Google Maps package and covers the map pack. Nothing on this page is guaranteed.
Questions
Whichever we think will work for your trade, your area and your budget, and we will tell you why on the call. Broadly: Google if people are already searching for what you do and your margin per job is decent, Meta if you want more leads for the money and are willing to work the phone. Plenty of clients end up on both.
Yes. Your campaign, your account, your name, and the enquiry comes to you and nobody else. We do not resell leads and we do not run one campaign feeding several companies.
It depends entirely on the trade, the area and the spend, and anybody who gives you a number before looking at those is guessing. What we can tell you on the call is what similar campaigns have cost per lead, so you can work out what a month would realistically look like.
They get a text and an email within seconds, you get an alert on your phone, and if they go quiet they get chased again automatically. The aim is that nothing ever sits in an inbox waiting for you to come down off a roof.
For Meta campaigns, not strictly, because the form lives on Facebook. For Google you want somewhere decent for the click to land. A website is included in the £350 package and there is more on how we build them.
No, month to month. The only thing worth saying is that stopping in week two means paying the learning tax and leaving before the part that pays it back.
Next step
Twenty minutes. We will look at your trade, your area and your numbers and give you an honest read on which channel to start with, what a lead should cost and whether it is worth doing at all.
